Perfect day with the family

This farm is wonderful for families with small children. Playground with various attractions and animals. Admission €3.
If you're slightly hungry, there's something at the chips stand. There's also coffee and warm waffles. There are also popsicles from the chest. Free parking available.
Went there with a group for the first time on a small cabbage trip.
A small, beautiful place that must be wonderful in the summer months, especially with children.
The cabbage meal was delicious and there was nothing missing. The service was very friendly and helpful.
If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the right place for you. The operators are nice people and have beautifully decorated everything in the former barn. A bit like being at home with mothers. The house dog, a giant schnauzer, is a very friendly, unobtrusive one
Dog that always goes around without disturbing you.
The whole thing is warm and familiar and, above all, not for drinking parties. The next bike ride I'll take a break for a coffee or more.
Keep it up.
Best regards
Karolinenhof is all well and good, BUT what I find very outrageous are the prices!! €3.90 for a coffee?! I don't even pay that much for a cup of coffee in a normal café or restaurant. I can understand the €3 entrance fee (from 3 years old!) because of the animals and all the costs, but why aren't you allowed to bring a snack or drink become? I mean, you leave money there either way, and not a little, and then you get hit on when the child wants to drink from his own bottle! Unfortunately, the staff is very unsympathetic and you also get cheeky answers. If there is an accident at 5:30 p.m. and you want a plaster, they say, "Tough luck, I've been off work for half an hour." After our dissatisfaction with the answer, a band-aid was brought to us... but the tone wasn't nice! For these reasons we will no longer visit the Karolinenhof, which I actually think is a shame.
Nice mini amusement park with nice restaurants, a few animals (chickens, guinea pigs and goats), bouncy castle, sandpit and a ride to the Kettkar. A 30-minute trek through the forest is also offered for a fee. Great for children between 2 and 5 years old and not too expensive either. Children's birthdays can also be celebrated there.
Unfortunately, it's really a disappointment. The bouncy castle is broken so the children can fall out the back. Some of the vehicles are also quite damaged.
The worst thing, however, is the absolutely unfriendly staff.
We went there for two birthdays last month. And the response to every kind request was absolutely rude. Shortly before the end, no one was supposed to go to the toilets, which of course works great for children and everyone else was somehow rather annoyed that there was a larger group there.
It's very nice here for the children, we've been coming here for years and see that there's always investment and new construction going on. There are constant innovations and improvements.
Very nice to see.
The atmosphere is very idyllic with the animals and the overall impression.
Food is quite good and the staff is friendly.
